MEET YOUR COLORADO-BASED TRAUMA-INFORMED THERAPIST
About Heartwood Therapy
I work with anyone seeking healing and growth that wants to explore and learn more about themselves and their nervous system responses to the world around them. With expertise in trauma informed therapy and somatic therapy, I am able to take on big traumas and adverse experiences. I also specialize in working with other mental health therapists, social workers, or professional and personal helpers.

WHY HEARTWOOD?
Strength & Support
Heartwood is the center core of a tree that gives trees their strength, and supports their growth. Heartwood is created when a new ring of growth forms around the trunk or branches, turning the matured parts inward to the core or heart of the tree.
Heartwood Therapy believes that beneath layers of trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety, lives our mind and body's natural ability to heal and grow. Our bodies, like the trees, can turn our wisdom into strength.
